Role & responsibilities

Lead Generation & Sales Growth

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through online channels, travel agencies, corporate tie-ups, and event planners.
  • Build partnerships with tour operators, OTAs (e.g., Airbnb, ), and local tourism boards.
  • Drive inquiries and conversions through targeted campaigns and direct outreach.

2. Booking Management

  • Respond promptly to booking inquiries from all channels (website,social media, calls).
  • Coordinate with guests to ensure smooth pre-arrival communication and follow-up.
  • Optimize occupancy rates by managing pricing, availability, and promotions strategically.

3. Marketing & Outreach

  • Collaborate with marketing to create engaging content, offers, and seasonal packages.
  • Represent the property at travel fairs, events, and hospitality networking opportunities.
  • Monitor guest reviews and feedback, ensuring high satisfaction and repeat business.

4. Reporting & Performance Tracking

  • Maintain a sales pipeline and prepare regular performance reports.
  • Analyze booking trends and suggest new revenue strategies.
  • Track ROI from marketing and partnership efforts.
