We are looking for a reliable and experienced Stock Manager to handle all diamond stock-related operations at our Mumbai office. The candidate must have at least 1 year of relevant experience in a diamond company and a thorough understanding of stock handling procedures. A good reference from a previous employer in the diamond industry is mandatory. The role demands a high level of accuracy, integrity, and responsibility.

Responsibility:

  • Manage and track all stock transactions (inward, outward, interdepartment).
  • Physically handle and verify diamond parcels (loose and studded).
  • Maintain up-to-date records of stock in Excel and/or inventory software.
  • Ensure proper tagging, labeling, and secure storage of stock.
  • Reconcile stock on a regular basis and report discrepancies immediately.
  • Coordinate with Sales, Accounts, QC, and Production departments for stock movement.
  • Generate stock reports as required by management.

Desired Skills :

  • Minimum 1+ years of experience in stock management within a diamond company.
  • Must be trustworthy, detail-oriented, and capable of handling highvalue inventory.
  • Should have good references from a previous employer in the diamond industry.
  • Should have a basic understanding of diamond types, assortments, and classifications.
  • Must be able to work independently and as part of a team.
