Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager located in Mumbai. The Sales Manager will be responsible for managing and growing the sales team, developing sales strategies, and achieving sales targets. Day-to-day tasks include identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, conducting market research, and preparing sales reports. The Sales Manager will also be responsible for training and mentoring sales staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and collaborating with other departments to enhance overall business performance.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Sales Management, Business Development, and Client Relationship Management
- Strong knowledge of Financial Services and Investment Banking
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Analytical skills for market research and sales forecasting
- Leadership and team management skills
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field; MBA preferred
- Experience in a similar role within the financial services industry is an advantage
