Roles and Responsibilities of Inside Sales Executive:
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers to identify selling premium product opportunities through emails, telephone calls, and live website chats.
- Research and understand customer needs and tailor premium product recommendations to their specific situation.
- Sourcing new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails.
- Perform effective online demos for prospects
- Build and maintain relationships with existing customers to drive repeat business and customer referrals.
- Negotiate and close sales deals to achieve monthly sales targets
- Stay up to date on industry trends, products, and competitors.
Requirements and skills
- Proven inside sales experience of 0-2 years
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong phone presence and experience dialing calls per day.
- Results-oriented and able to work independently with minimal supervision Proficient in using CRM software and other sales-related tools Strong listening and presentation skills.
- Minimum Qualification Graduate.
- Working knowledge of MS Programs MS Excel, Word, Powerpoint.
