We are currently seeking a dynamic and motivated Inside Sales Executive (Fresher) to join our team. The ideal candidate should be confident in communication, persuasive, and eager to learn the art of consultative selling.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to new and existing clients.
  • Follow up consistently on leads assigned.
  • Meet and exceed targeted sales numbers.
  • Maintain accurate records of conversations and leads.
  • Work closely with the sales and marketing team to improve conversions.

Skills:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English

Strong interpersonal skills and a persuasive personality

Basic knowledge of computers and MS Office

Target-driven and self-motivated

Availability: Immediate joiners preferred

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15, ₹20,000.00 per month
