Key Responsibilities

Lead the IT strategy and digital roadmap aligned with organizational growth and regulatory compliance.

End-to-end ownership of Loan Management System (LMS) architecture, implementation, and integration with specific experience in Oracle Flexcube or similar platforms.

Drive transformation programs including ERP consolidation, cloud migration, and

data analytics, tailored to NBFC workflows.

Manage IT delivery, support, and governance across multiple business verticals (Lending, Collections, Risk, etc.)

Oversee implementation and support of core banking systems, CRM, BI platforms, mobility solutions, and cybersecurity frameworks.

Design and orchestrate scalable systems integrating LMS, ERP, CRM, DMS, payment gateways, and third-party APIs (e.g., Razorpay, Paytm, SBI, etc.)

Collaborate with cross-functional leadership (Finance, Operations, Compliance) to enhance process automation and MIS reporting.

Manage partnerships with key vendors, auditors, and consulting firms (Big 4, Oracle, AWS, Salesforce).

Ensure ITGC, ISO 27001, data protection, and audit compliance across all applications and infrastructure.

Required Experience & Skills

20+ years of IT leadership experience with at least 5+ years in an NBFC, BFSI, or fintech environment.

Strong expertise in Oracle Flexcube LMS or similar core lending platforms - implementation, integration, and customization.

Proven track record in Oracle ERP (R12, EBS), CRM (Salesforce), DMS, HRMS, and financial systems.

Experience in large-scale digital programs: Cloud (AWS, Azure), DevOps, BI tools (Power BI, SAS), and mobility solutions.

Prior experience working with global teams and IT frameworks (e.g., in MNCs or joint ventures) and handling M&A-related IT transitions.

Deep understanding of regulatory, audit, and data security requirements for NBFCs and lending institutions.

Preferred Qualifications

B.E./B.Tech in Computer Science/Engineering

MBA in Operations / IT Management (preferred)

Certifications in Oracle, AWS, ITIL, ISO 27001, or Project Management (PMP/Prince2)
