This is a full-time, on-site role located in Gurugram for a VP of Digital Marketing. The successful candidate will lead the development and execution of digital marketing strategies to strengthen ADVICTA's brand presence while driving marked business growth. Responsibilities include market research and planning, overseeing marketing campaigns, enhancing public relations, and managing a high-performing marketing team. The role will also involve collaboration with cross-functional teams to align marketing strategies with overall business goals.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Market Planning and Market Research to identify opportunities and drive data-driven decision-making.
- Skills in Marketing Management and Marketing to strategize, execute, and optimize impactful campaigns.
- Expertise in Public Relations with the ability to build and maintain strong media relationships and manage communications.
- Demonstrated leadership experience in managing and developing high-performing teams.
- Proven track record of formulating and executing digital marketing strategies that achieve measurable results.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on achieving business objectives.
- Familiarity with advancements in AI/ML technologies and their application in marketing is preferred.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
