    o Implement and drive a goal-based Performance Management System.

    o Align individual KPIs with organizational strategy and reward outcomes.
  3. Employee Engagement & Culture Building

    o Drive engagement programs including town halls, recognition, and feedback

    forums.

    o Champion an inclusive, collaborative, and high-performance culture.
  4. Learning & Development & Succession Planning

    o Oversee onboarding, training, leadership development, and career pathways.

    o Build a succession pipeline for critical roles and functions.
  5. HR Policies, Compliance & Governance

    o Develop and update HR policies per labour laws and company goals.

    o Ensure compliance with Punjab labour laws and statutory regulations.
  6. Compensation, Benefits & Payroll

    o Manage compensation strategy, payroll, and benefits administration.

    o Conduct benchmarking and align rewards with performance outcomes.
  7. Employee Relations & Conflict Resolution

    o Maintain grievance redressal mechanisms and mediate disputes ethically.
  8. Exit Management & Offboarding

    o Ensure structured exit procedures, conduct exit interviews, and analyze

    attrition.
  9. HR Technology & Process Optimization

    o Leverage HRMS and automation to improve process efficiency and data

    accuracy.
  10. Administration & Facility Management

     Oversee admin operations, vendor management, office upkeep, and compliance.

     Manage logistics, travel, and infrastructure support for leadership and staff.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹100, ₹250,000.00 per month
