Performance monitoring:
Track team performance against targets and KPIs. Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to senior management.
Client and relationship management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders. Negotiate contracts and close deals to ensure customer satisfaction.
Market and compliance expertise:
Stay up-to-date on real estate market trends and competitor activities. Ensure all sales activities comply with relevant real estate laws and ethical standards.
Cross-functional collaboration:
Work closely with other departments, such as marketing and operations, to support sales initiatives and create effective campaigns.
Qualifications
Proven experience as a Real Estate Sales Manager or in a similar sales leadership role.
Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
In-depth knowledge of the real estate market and trends.
Excellent client relationship management abilities.
Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
A valid real estate license is often preferred or required.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹18, ₹35,000.00 per month
