Role and Responsibilities:
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Manager/Territory Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for achieving growth and hitting sales targets by effectively managing the sales team. Your main responsibilities will include:
- Motivating and encouraging the sales team to ensure targets are met
- Reviewing and analyzing sales and operational records and reports to determine profitability and targets
- Identifying emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
- Identifying and analyzing customer preferences to properly direct sales efforts
- Assigning territories and setting targets for sales teams
- Building and promoting strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
- Collaborating with executive leadership to develop sales targets and strategies
- Preparing sales budget, monitoring and approving expenses
- Acting as a company representative at trade association meetings
- Performing other duties as assigned
- Designing and implementing a strategic business plan that expands the company's customer base and ensures its strong presence
- Presenting sales, revenue, and expense reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or Territory Manager in the Wellness and Fitness Services industry
- Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and drive business growth
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze sales data and market trends
- Knowledge of customer preferences and industry best practices
- Ability to develop and implement sales strategies
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
- Willingness to travel and work in a fast-paced environment
