Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Chandigarh/Ludhiana for a Territory Sales Manager. Responsibilities include driving sales growth within the assigned territory of Punjab, Himachal Pradesh and Chandigarh through prospecting, building relationships, and meeting sales targets. The Territory Sales Manager will provide excellent customer service, deliver product presentations, and train clients on the use of Aloft MedTech's solutions. Other key duties involve sales team management, maintaining key accounts, reporting on sales progress, and gathering market insights to support business strategies.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively convey information and build professional relationships.
  • Must have worked with Gastroenterologists in Chandigarh and Punjab region

  • Proven experience in sales and sales management with the ability to strategize and meet targets effectively.
  • Excellent customer service and client training skills to ensure customer satisfaction and successful product adoption.
  • Leadership qualities and the ability to manage sales teams and execute training programs successfully.
  • Self-motivated, result-driven, and capable of working in a highly dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and market analysis is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Experience in the medical technology or healthcare industry is advantageous.
