  • Generate leads, prospect new clients within assigned territory.
  • Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients to maximize repeat business.
  • Present and promote steel products.
  • Prepare and deliver quotations, negotiate terms, close sales, ensuring profitability.
  • Coordinate with production, quality, logistics, finance to ensure on-time delivery, proper product quality, and smooth execution of orders.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, pricing, demand & supply fluctuations; provide input for strategy.
  • Achieve or exceed sales targets and KPIs as set by management.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree; additional qualification in Business / Marketing / Engineering is a plus.
  • Minimum 20 years of experience in sales & marketing.
  • Excellent verbal & written communication skills.
  • Good personality — confident, persuasive, presentable, able to build rapport.
  • Strong negotiation & persuasion abilities.
  • Good interpersonal skills and ability to interact with customers, dealers, distributors, internal teams.
  • Self-motivated, target driven, result oriented.
  • Ability to travel within assigned territory frequently.
  • Good organizational, time management & planning skills.
  • Prefer Candidate from Steel Industry Background
