Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Assistant based in Ludhiana. The HR Assistant will handle various day-to-day responsibilities, including supporting HR operations, maintaining accurate employee records within HRIS systems, coordinating and administering employee benefits, and assisting in the recruitment process. The role also involves organizing training programs, implementing HR policies, and providing overall administrative support to the HR department.

  • Hiring skills
  • Strong skills in coordinating and administering training programs for employees
  • Effective communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and attention to detail
  • A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Experience in a similar HR role is beneficial
