About the Role

KRSA Textiles is expanding, and we are looking for a 
highly capable Executive Assistant
 to support our CEO and leadership team. This role goes far beyond administration — the right candidate will act as a 
strategic partner
 in managing priorities, coordinating operations, and ensuring smooth execution across production, logistics, and international buyer relationships.

As the company grows, this role offers a clear path to transition into 
Head of Operations
, overseeing daily business activities and leading teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage schedules, communications, and follow-ups for the CEO.
  • Coordinate across teams, vendors, and global buyers.
  • Track ongoing projects, production, and shipment deadlines.
  • Prepare reports and ensure smooth documentation flow.
  • Transition into leading operations: managing staff, vendors, and export logistics.
  • Build and improve systems for operational efficiency.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in operations, executive assistance, or business coordination.
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple moving parts.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
