Company Description

Perpetual Protocol is a decentralized financial platform focused on perpetual contract trading in cryptocurrencies. Leveraging virtual automated market maker (vAMM) technology, it allows users to trade multiple crypto assets with leverage, without the need for traditional intermediaries.

Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Chief Operating Officer (COO) at Perpetual Protocol US. The COO will be responsible for overseeing the company's operational processes, optimizing business performance, and implementing strategies to align with overall organizational goals. Daily tasks include managing and leading multiple departments, setting comprehensive goals for performance and growth, and designing and implementing business operations. The COO will work closely with the executive team to ensure all organizational activities and programs are aligned with the company's objectives and strategies. The role also involves enhancing operational procedures, systems, and principles in the areas of information flow and management, business processes, enhanced management reporting, and systems improvements.

  • Proven track record in managing multiple departments and driving performance improvement
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in using business software and systems
  • MBA or equivalent advanced degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred
  • Experience in the technology or financial sector is a plus
