We already have products in the market, and we are now seeking funding to scale marketing efforts and accelerate product development. At SculpX Techlabs, we don't just provide services—we deliver end-to-end SaaS solutions designed to maximize efficiency, growth, and customer experience.
Role Description
We are seeking a Co-founder – Chief Operations Officer (COO) to join us in scaling SculpX Techlabs. This is an equity-based role with vesting, where equity allocation will depend on the investment you bring into the company. Payslips and structured salary packages will be provided once we secure sufficient funding.
This is a hybrid role (based in Coimbatore), offering flexibility while requiring on-site presence for key operations and strategy discussions.
As COO, you will:
Manage and streamline day-to-day operations
Define and execute growth strategies for SaaS products and services
Lead sales, marketing, and market expansion initiatives
Conduct market research and identify new product opportunities
Build and lead cross-functional teams for execution excellence
Collaborate with founders, investors, and stakeholders to drive scale
Contribute investment and financial strategy insights to accelerate company growth
Qualifications
Strong analytical and research skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Proven experience in sales, marketing, and business growth
Hands-on background in SaaS or technology-driven businesses
Operational management and team leadership experience
Understanding of SaaS models, product lifecycle, and market entry
Entrepreneurial mindset with investment capability
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Technology, or related field
