Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Co-Founder, based in Coimbatore. The Co-Founder will be responsible for driving the overall vision and strategy of the company, leading business development, sales, and marketing initiatives. The role also includes managing day-to-day operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, and developing partnerships. Additionally, the Co-Founder will be key in conducting market research and analyzing data to inform business decisions.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in conducting thorough Research to understand market trends and customer needs
  • Demonstrated leadership and entrepreneurial skills
  • Passion for travel and outdoor adventures
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • Previous startup experience is a plus
