Experience required-
4-7 years (end to end recruitment- IT Hiring)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead IT talent acquisition efforts for mid to senior-level positions.
  • Partner with business leaders to understand workforce planning and hiring needs.
  • Develop and implement sourcing strategies to attract top IT talent.
  • Manage candidate pipelines, conduct interviews, and facilitate selection processes.
  • Drive continuous improvement in recruitment processes and employer branding.
  • Analyze recruitment metrics to optimize hiring strategies.
  • Mentor junior recruiters and enhance team capabilities.

Qualifications:

  • 4-7 years of experience in IT talent acquisition or recruitment, with some leadership exposure.
  • Strong knowledge of IT skills and hiring market dynamics.
  • Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
  • Experience with ATS and recruitment tools.
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
