About the Role

We are looking for a passionate and motivated IT Recruiter Intern to join our HR team and support our IT hiring initiatives. This paid internship offers hands-on experience in end-to-end technical recruitment.

As a Technical Recruiter Intern, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates for various IT roles while learning best practices in recruitment and employer branding.

Key Responsibilities

  • Source and identify potential candidates through multiple channels (LinkedIn, job portals, social media, etc.).
  • Write and post technical job descriptions across platforms.
  • Screen resumes and assess technical skills and qualifications.
  • Conduct pre-screening calls to evaluate applicants' suitability.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
  • Draft and send personalized recruiting emails to potential candidates.
  • Collaborate with IT team leaders to understand hiring needs and role requirements.
  • Assist in onboarding new hires and preparing offer letters.
  • Stay updated on emerging technologies and recruitment trends.
  • Promote the company's brand at tech events, meetups, and online communities.

Requirements

  • Experience: 0–6 Months as a Technical Recruiter or HR Intern (Freshers welcome).
  • Education: Any Graduate; MBA in Human Resources preferred.
  • Good understanding of IT roles and technical terminology.
  • Familiarity with sourcing techniques and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational abilities.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
