We are seeking an experienced and passionate
US IT Recruiter
to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in
US staffing
,
end-to-end recruitment
, and working with
Direct Clients
. You will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and placing qualified IT professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source and identify potential candidates from various job portals (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn, etc.)
  • Screen candidates to assess their skills, experience, and suitability for client requirements
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with clients and candidates & Strong understanding of C2C, W2, and 1099 employment types.
  • Experience working with Direct Clients (not bench sales).
  • Source candidates using JobDiva, Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn, and other job portals.
  • Engage and maintain relationships with Direct Clients and Tier-1 Vendors.
  • Ensure timely delivery of qualified candidates to meet client needs.
  • Negotiate compensation rates and ensure smooth onboarding of selected candidates.
  • Maintain accurate and organized documentation of candidate interactions and submissions.
  • Stay up to date with US staffing trends, visa types (H1B, GC, US Citizen, TN, etc.), and compliance requirements.
  • Work on different hiring models – W2, C2C, and 1099
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients
