Job Description Recruitment/HR/PMO Coordinator (Contract Role)
Location: Bangalore (Electronic City Phase 1)
Contract: 6 months (extension possible)
Work Mode: Hybrid 3 days in office (11:00 AM to 5:00 PM)
Experience: 5 10 years
Gender Preference: Female candidates only
About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional who can wear multiple hats across Recruitment, HR Coordination, PMO, and Resource Management. The ideal candidate will be based in Bangalore, have strong communication skills, and be comfortable engaging with stakeholders, clients, and candidates on the floor.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with hiring managers and teams to coordinate recruitment activities.
- Coordinate and schedule candidate interviews.
- Welcome and engage candidates at reception during interviews.
- Act as a PMO for recruitment-related activities.
- Support billing, timesheet tracking, and reporting for the RMG/PMO team.
- Maintain effective communication with stakeholders in Bangalore and Chennai
- Handle client-facing interactions with professionalism and confidence.
- Ensure smooth on-floor coordination between candidates, interview panels, and stakeholders.
Requirements
- 5–10 years of experience in Recruitment / HR / PMO / Resource Management roles.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills.
- Prior experience in candidate coordination, client interaction, or PMO preferred.
- Ability to multitask in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Based in Bangalore (Electronic City Phase 1).
Work Schedule
- Onsite: 3 days a week
- Timings: 11:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
