Job Summary:

The HR Recruiter is responsible for managing the full recruitment life cycle—from identifying hiring needs and sourcing candidates to conducting interviews and onboarding. The role plays a vital part in building a strong workforce and maintaining an efficient hiring process aligned with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment & Sourcing:
  • Understand job requirements and collaborate with department heads to define hiring needs.
  • Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and recruitment agencies.
  • Post job advertisements on relevant platforms.
  • Candidate Screening & Interviews:
  • Screen resumes and shortlist candidates.
  • Conduct telephonic or video interviews to assess suitability.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
  • Hiring Process Management:
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment workflow and documentation.
  • Assist in offer preparation, negotiation, and finalization.
  • Ensure timely onboarding of selected candidates.
  • Database & Reporting:
  • Maintain an organized database of candidates and track hiring metrics.
  • Prepare recruitment status reports for HR and management.
  • Employer Branding:
  • Support employer branding initiatives through social media and career events.
  • Represent the company in job fairs, campus drives, and networking events.
  • Compliance:
  • Ensure recruitment processes comply with labor laws and company policies.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Min 1-3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
  • Familiarity with job portals (e.g., Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed).
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR software (e.g., ATS, HRIS).

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹10, ₹20,000.00 per month
