We are hiring for India's leading manufacturer and solutions provider of high-performance, customised wood engineering products. With a strong focus on quality, craftsmanship, and sustainability, the company delivers premium wood solutions for architectural and design applications.

Role Summary

The Recruiter will be responsible for end-to-end hiring across technical, operational, corporate, and project roles for the company. This includes understanding manpower needs, sourcing and screening candidates, coordinating interviews, supporting onboarding, maintaining recruitment dashboards, and building a strong talent pipeline.

Key Responsibilities1. Talent Acquisition

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for all positions (factory, site, technical, sales, admin, corporate).
  • Understand job requirements by coordinating with department heads/hiring managers.
  • Create and update job descriptions as needed.
  • Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, consultancies, and networking.
  • Screen CVs, conduct preliminary telephonic/video interviews, and evaluate candidate suitability.
  • Coordinate interviews, assessments, and offer discussions.
  • Conduct background checks and reference verification.

2. Talent Pipeline & Vendor Management

  • Maintain an active database of potential candidates for recurring roles.
  • Build strong relationships with staffing agencies, colleges, and referral partners.
  • Manage vendor contracts, commercials, and performance metrics.

3. Recruitment Operations

  • Ensure all recruitment activities are documented and updated in trackers.
  • Prepare weekly/monthly hiring status reports and dashboards.
  • Ensure adherence to hiring timelines, budgets, and company policies.
  • Draft offer letters, appointment letters, and coordinate onboarding formalities.

4. Employer Branding

  • Support HR in strengthening the company's employer brand.
  • Create and share recruitment posts, job ads, and hiring content on social media.
  • Represent the company at job fairs, campus recruitment drives, and industry events.

Required Skills & Competencies

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to assess candidate qualities and cultural fit.
  • Good understanding of recruitment tools, portals, and sourcing strategies.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking.
  • Negotiation and relationship-management skills.
  • Familiarity with manufacturing/engineering/site-based roles preferred.

Qualification & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2–5 years of recruitment experience (experience in manufacturing/site engineering companies is a plus).
  • Hands-on experience with Naukri, LinkedIn Recruitment Tools, and other sourcing platforms.
