  • Maintain candidate databases and records
  • Support HR team in daily activities

What We're Looking For:

  • Basic understanding of recruitment process
  • Familiarity with job portals / hiring platforms (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.)
  • Good communication & coordination skills
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
