Costus Consultancy Services Pvt. Ltd. is a reputable HR Solutions (Recruitment and Staffing) provider organization. We are currently seeking a dedicated and skilled Apprenticeship Trainee to join our team.

**Position Overview**:
The Apprenticeship Trainee in the Assembly Lineup / Production Department will gain hands-on experience in manufacturing and production processes. The trainee will assist with assembling products, ensuring quality standards are met, and supporting the production team in various tasks. This role is designed to provide practical training and development opportunities to prepare the apprentice for a career in production and manufacturing.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**1.** **Assembly Operations**:

- Assist in the assembly of products according to specified guidelines and blueprints.
- Use hand tools and machinery to complete assembly tasks.
- Follow detailed instructions to ensure accurate and efficient assembly.

**2.** **Quality Control**:

- Inspect components and finished products to ensure they meet quality standards.
- Identify and report any defects or discrepancies in materials or products.
- Assist in maintaining records of quality inspections and test results.

**3*. **Production Support:*
- Help in maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
- Ensure that all equipment is properly maintained and in good working condition.
- Assist in the setup and breakdown of production lines as needed.

**4.** **Health and Safety**:

- Follow all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
- Report any unsafe conditions or practices to the supervisor.
- Participate in safety training sessions and drills.

**5.** **Documentation and Reporting**:

- Maintain accurate records of production activities and progress.
- Assist in the preparation of production reports and documentation.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.

**Requirements**:

- 10th, 12th, ITI (All Trade), Mechanical/Automobile/Production Diploma and Graduation.
- Age 18 to 30 years.

**Additional Information**:

- This is a full-time position based at Satpur MIDC, Nashik, India.
- Stipend will be Rs.13,500 per month.
- Attendance Incentive will be Rs.1000 per month.
- Competitive salary and benefits package will be offered based on qualifications and experience.

**How to Apply**:
Pay: Up to ₹13,500.00 per month
