**Job Description**:
Graduate Trainee/Apprenticeship - Asset Allocation

Apprenticeship is a 12-month program that will provide a comprehensive learning experience, blending theoretical knowledge with on-the-job training. Over the 12-month period, apprentices at Russell Investments will gain valuable exposure to industry while developing essential soft skills and acclimating to a professional corporate environment.

Eligibility- Should not be self-employed- Should not be enrolled under other government-funded programs-
- Should not be registered on EPF/ ESIC Portal

Key Responsibilities- Develop a deep understanding of the investment processes used by our Asset Allocation team- Enhance efficiency and scalability of existing investment processes- Assist senior team members with daily tasks, contributing to the overall success and smooth operation of the department.- B.Tech./M.Tech. in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics & Communication, or Electrical Engineering from a top-tier institution- Advanced skills in Python and SQL- Solid understanding of object-oriented programming and data structures- A strong desire to build a career in the asset management industry and a general understanding of investment markets.- Demonstrated ability to tackle complex problems with meticulous attention to detail.- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, complemented by strong presentation capabilities and a professional demeanor.
