**JOB DESCRIPTION**

We are a Mumbai based **Asset Management Company** with license from SEBI to undertake **_Portfolio Management Service (PMS) _**operations.

We are looking at hiring a **"GRADUATE TRAINEE"** in the client servicing and operations function. The job involves the following:

- **_Client account opening_**, coordinating with clients, brokers and Custodians for all the account related processes.
- Complete knowledge of **_KYC documentation_**.
- Submission of monthly reports to SEBI.
- Sending reports to the clients.
- Following up with the Broker and the **Custodian** for Trade Execution and settlement and allocation.
- Instructing the Custodians on trade confirmations including trade rectification.
- Verify the accuracy of statements and reports, and notify the Custodian.

**Minimum Qualification**:_B.Com. Minimum 60% in both HSC and SSC._**

**Minimum Experience: 0**

**Required Skills**:

- Proficient in MS Office
- Good Communication Skills in English

**Job Type**: Full-time

**Salary**:₹17,000.00 per month

- Day shift
