**Job Summary**:
We are seeking ambitious and driven individuals to join our Graduate Trainee program in Business Development. This program is designed to provide recent graduates with hands-on training and exposure to various aspects of business development, sales, and client management. As a Graduate Trainee, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our experienced team members, learn from industry experts, and develop the skills and knowledge needed to excel in a business development role.

Location: Borivali

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Market Research and Analysis**:

- Conduct market research to identify potential clients, market trends, and growth opportunities.
- Analyze industry data and competitor information to inform business development strategies and decision-making.
- **Lead Generation and Prospecting**:

- Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients and opportunities for the sales team.
- **Client Relationship Management**:

- Support the business development team in managing client relationships and partnerships.
- Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and sales collateral for client meetings and pitches.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products or services to clients.
- **Sales Support and Administration**:

- Provide administrative support to the business development team, including maintaining CRM databases, updating sales reports, and managing documentation.
- Assist in tracking sales performance metrics and analyzing sales data to identify areas for improvement.
- **Training and Development**:

- Participate in training sessions, workshops, and on-the-job learning experiences to develop key competencies and skills relevant to business development.
- Seek feedback and guidance from mentors and supervisors to continuously improve performance and achieve career goals.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or related field.
- Strong passion for sales, business development, and entrepreneurship.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Proactive attitude, self-motivated, and eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and creatively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software is a plus.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:
