Job Summary:
As a Graduate Trainee, you will undergo a comprehensive training program designed to provide you with hands-on experience and exposure to various aspects of our organization's operations. You will have the opportunity to rotate through different departments, gain valuable skills, and contribute to projects and initiatives under the guidance of experienced professionals. This program is tailored to recent graduates who are eager to learn, grow, and kick-start their careers in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Participate in orientation sessions and training workshops to familiarize yourself with the company's mission, values, policies, and procedures.
- Rotate through different departments, including but not limited to marketing, sales, operations, finance, human resources, and customer service, to gain exposure to various functions and roles within the organization.
- Assist team members with day-to-day tasks, projects, and initiatives, providing support and contributing to the achievement of departmental goals and objectives.
- Shadow experienced professionals and managers to observe best practices, learn new skills, and gain insights into effective leadership, teamwork, and problem-solving.
- Participate in meetings, brainstorming sessions, and training activities to enhance your knowledge, skills, and understanding of industry trends, market dynamics, and organizational strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on special projects, assignments, and initiatives, leveraging your unique perspective and fresh ideas to drive innovation and continuous improvement.
- Take ownership of assigned projects or tasks, demonstrating initiative, creativity, and resourcefulness in finding solutions and delivering results.
- Communicate regularly with mentors, supervisors, and HR representatives to provide updates on your progress, seek feedback, and address any challenges or concerns.
- Develop and maintain professional relationships with colleagues, mentors, and peers, networking within the organization to expand your knowledge and opportunities for growth.
- Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in your field of interest, seeking out learning opportunities and resources to enhance your skills and expertise.
- Complete periodic evaluations and assessments as part of the training program, reflecting on your achievements, strengths, areas for improvement, and career goals.
- Participate in performance reviews and goal-setting discussions to track your progress, receive constructive feedback, and set objectives for your continued development and advancement within the organization.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
