**Job Summary**:
The Graduate Trainee will be part of a structured program designed to provide hands-on experience across various departments, building foundational skills and preparing for future roles within the organization. This role is ideal for recent graduates eager to learn, grow, and contribute to multiple facets of the business.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Departmental Rotation**:

- Participate in rotations across different departments, including [e.g., Marketing, Sales, Operations, Finance, and Customer Service].
- Gain practical knowledge of each department’s function, processes, and day-to-day operations.
- **On-the-Job Training**:

- Assist with department-specific tasks, projects, and goals under the guidance of team leads and managers.
- Attend training sessions, workshops, and meetings to enhance professional skills and industry knowledge.
- Shadow senior employees to understand best practices and effective problem-solving techniques.
- **Project Support**:

- Contribute to ongoing projects and initiatives, offering support, insights, and new ideas.
- Manage small tasks or projects independently to build skills in project management and accountability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to complete assigned tasks and meet project milestones.
- **Performance Tracking**:

- Set and review personal goals with a mentor or supervisor to track learning and growth progress.
- Receive regular feedback and performance evaluations from mentors and managers.
- Prepare and present progress reports and learnings to supervisors periodically.
- **Skill Development**:

- Develop skills in key areas, such as communication, problem-solving, time management, and teamwork.
- Attend professional development sessions focused on soft skills, technical skills, and role-specific knowledge.
- Take initiative in continuous learning by leveraging company resources and external materials.
- **Company Engagement**:

- Attend team-building activities, company meetings, and training workshops.
- Participate in networking opportunities within the organization to build relationships and learn from peers.
- Familiarize oneself with company culture, values, and policies to become a valuable part of the team.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
