Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities:
- Actively generate and convert leads through cold calling, meetings, and online channels.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Conduct client meetings, product demos, and negotiations to close sales.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
- Identify new business opportunities and market segments.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery.
- Track sales performance and prepare regular sales reports.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- 1–3 years of proven sales experience (field or inside sales).
- Strong negotiation, closing, and communication skills.
- Self-motivated with a strong drive to meet targets.
- Ability to handle client objections and convert leads effectively.
- Basic knowledge of CRM and MS Office tools.
