Job Summary:

Mansion Realtors is seeking a result-driven and experienced Team Lead – Real Estate to manage, guide, and motivate a team of real estate executives. The ideal candidate will have 3–4 years of relevant experience in real estate sales or operations, a strong understanding of the property market, and excellent leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage a team of Sales Executives / Pre-Sales / Operations members to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.

Monitor and improve team performance by providing regular coaching and feedback.

Generate new business leads, manage client relationships, and ensure successful closure of deals.

Conduct regular field visits and assist the team in site visits, client meetings, and property presentations.

Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify opportunities for growth.

Prepare regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and team performance for senior management.

Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

Collaborate closely with marketing, operations, and finance teams to streamline processes.

Requirements:

3 – 4 years of experience in Real Estate Sales or Operations, with at least 1 year in a team lead or supervisory role.

Strong knowledge of the real estate market, property laws, and customer acquisition strategies.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Proven ability to meet sales targets and lead a high-performing team.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools.
