Key Responsibilities:

* Receive and respond to all inbound calls, WhatsApp, and social media inquiries related to packages, events, parties, or games.

* Maintain detailed records of each inquiry in CRM or inquiry register.

* Provide accurate information on pricing, offers, timings, and facilities.

* Follow up on all inquiries within defined timelines to ensure maximum conversions.

* Conduct daily outbound calls to potential customers, schools, corporates, and event planners to promote games zone offerings.

* Introduce special promotions, packages, and memberships to prospective customers.

* Schedule appointments or walk-ins for detailed discussions.

* Convert inquiries into confirmed bookings through convincing communication and upselling.

* Handle objections smartly and close sales professionally.

* Follow up with leads who showed interest but have not yet confirmed.

* Build long-term relations with repeat and corporate clients.

* Maintain post-event communication for feedback and future opportunities.

* Coordinate with marketing and event teams for smooth guest handling.

* Maintain a daily report of calls made, leads generated, conversions, and pending follow-ups.

* Coordinate with on-ground teams to ensure inquiry-to-visit experience is seamless.

Key Skills & Requirements:

Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi (mandatory).

Confident, polite, and persuasive over the phone.

Strong sales orientation and ability to achieve targets.

Good knowledge of MS Office / Google Sheets / CRM tools.

Pleasant voice and professional telephone etiquette..
