Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Support Executive located in Pune. The Customer Support Executive will handle customer inquiries via voice-based channels, ensure customer satisfaction, and resolve issues promptly and professionally. Responsibilities include delivering technical support when required, maintaining strong communication with customers, and contributing to the overall efficiency of the support process. The role emphasizes maintaining quality service standards and building lasting relationships with customers.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Customer Support, Customer Service, and Customer Satisfaction
- Experience in handling Online Support and resolving customer queries
- Knowledge of Technical Support processes and troubleshooting skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site environment
- Familiarity with CRM tools and support software is a plus
- Fluency in English, with additional language skills being advantageous
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience preferred
