We Deal with the Plywood, laminate, glass, hardware, ceramic dealers and architect and interior contractors,
Candidates must have the good connects and market data with the these types of clients,
Promotion of products and generate the business with all technical support to the clients,
Provide quote, finalised it after finalised the quote do coordination with our back office team and dispatch team, up to finalisation order update every details to clients and the team,
make sure to build strong relation with the clients for future repeats order,
candidate required good technical knowledge about to take measurements and calculation ,
- Partner management: Recruit, onboard, and manage a network of channel partners to achieve sales targets.
- Strategy and execution: Develop and implement channel sales strategies, including programs and promotions, in alignment with company objectives.
- Support and training: Provide partners with sales training, marketing support, and technical assistance to help them succeed.
- Performance monitoring: Track key performance indicators (KPIs), analyze sales data, and conduct regular business reviews with partners to drive growth and address issues.
- Relationship building: Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with partners to ensure their loyalty and effectiveness.
- Collaboration: Work with internal teams, such as sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure channel efforts are coordinated and successful.
- Contract and budget management: Negotiate and manage channel partner agreements, commissions, and budgets.
