Summary of the Position:

Our team includes some of the most technically able individuals in our industry and this, when combined with our core assets and product portfolio, helps our clients to be more innovative and differentiated in their own organisations, thanks to our solutions.

The primary purpose of this position is to support the analysis that will underpin the business' go-forward strategic decision-making. The analyst will be part of a team that covers a range of critical business drivers within the Sales, Marketing and Product Groups and lead to direct ownership of certain responsibilities. The right candidate will possess strong analytical abilities, communication and organisation skills, as to effectively support discussions at all levels in the business. with adherence to company and industry best practice methodology, and to present back comprehensive findings and improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain dashboards / KPI information, through Power BI/ Excel/ Service Now/Salesforce, to provide the relevant stakeholders with detailed insights into current & forecasted performance
  • Assist in the production of weekly/ Monthly/ Quarterly group analysis packs for senior management/ board meetings
  • Perform deep dive commercial/ industry/ product analysis to aid stakeholders with decision making
  • Track and analyse KPI performance and inform stakeholders of meaningful trends
  • Take responsibility for data integrity and best practice within the marketing and sales org. ensuring accuracy and consistency is maintained
  • Assist in driving system/ operations improvements/ changes to enable data accuracy and improved data capture points for future analysis

Qualification & what you have

  • BSc in computer science, similar field of study, or similar commitment to technology

Experience:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a Financial Analyst or Business Analyst
  • Strong Excel knowledge and skills
  • SQL and Power BI experience is a must
  • Business partnering experience, preferably with Commercial departments
  • Data modelling and data migration (mapping, extracting, converting and loading).
