After formal training on various platforms including Recruiter, they will perform high-level Research for our clients based globally in territories like Europe, the Middle East, Australia & more. Duties include the following:1. Understand project requirements by thoroughly reviewing client briefs and engaging indiscussions to clarify any queries.2. Perform high-quality and speedy research on recruiter and other platforms, according to the client brief, exceeding expectations where possible.3. Preparing Long Lists, Short Lists, Market Maps, Lead Gen data, tracking corporate announcements, etc. from research and sharing the results in Excel and/or within Recruiter.4. Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and market intelligence in the client’s targetsectors.5. Organize and update the company research database (CRM) to ensure seamless information access.6. Document and present project results to clients over Zoom or other online platforms.7. To ensure that a given mandate/ project is completed in minimum time ensuring the QVS (quality,volume & speed) targets are met.8. Ability to manage and lead client calls, fostering strong working relationships with key stakeholders.9. Proactively suggest new ideas and research strategies to enhance project outcomes.10.
