Role Overview:

We are looking for a strategic and execution-driven
P&L Head for our Pilates vertical
who will own end-to-end business performance and expansion. This is a
cross-functional leadership role
that requires a blend of operational expertise, business acumen, and a passion for fitness. You will be responsible for scaling the Pilates business, ensuring profitability, and delivering seamless execution across cities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own the
    P&L
    for the Pilates vertical — drive revenue, optimize costs, and ensure profitability
  • Lead and execute the
    expansion strategy
    across multiple locations
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Operations, Product, HR, and Central Teams
  • Identify and evaluate new market opportunities, customer demand, and competitive landscape
  • Set up and streamline operational processes for new and existing centers
  • Drive excellence in customer experience and studio performance
  • Recruit, manage, and mentor a high-performing team
  • Track key business metrics, generate insights, and drive data-backed decisions

What We're Looking For:

  • 6+ years of experience in
    brick-and-mortar businesses
    (e.g., fitness chains, retail, F&B, healthcare, wellness)
  • Proven track record of
    owning and delivering on P&L
    objectives
  • Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Strategic thinker with hands-on execution capabilities
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Deep
    passion for fitness and wellness
    — ideally a personal interest or background in Pilates, fitness, or sports
  • Willingness to travel or relocate as needed
