Eastern and Western Regions
. The position plays a key role in leading regional sales operations, managing dealer performance, and ensuring target achievement in alignment with company goals.

Job Summary
The Regional Manager will oversee regional sales operations, ensure sales target achievement across branches, and coordinate with the Head Office to implement sales strategies that drive performance, dealer satisfaction, and brand growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, motivate, and guide regional sales teams to achieve business objectives.
- Monitor branch and dealer performance, and implement corrective actions where needed.
- Coordinate with the Head Office for planning, forecasting, and execution of sales campaigns.
- Ensure dealer satisfaction and adherence to brand standards.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to inform strategy.
- Prepare periodic performance and sales reports for management.
Qualifications And Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Management, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in automobile sales management, preferably in 4-wheeler dealerships.
- Proven experience in managing regional sales and dealer networks.
