We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Engineer with hands-on experience in automation, end-of-line (EOL) test systems, and assembly line solutions for the automotive sector.

Experience Required: 3+ Years B-tech in Electrical/Electronics/Mechanical/Mechatronics Engineering

Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the automotive automation and EOL testing domain.
- Engage with OEMs and Tier-1 suppliers to promote automation, EOL testers, and assembly line solutions.
- Prepare and deliver technical presentations to explain products or services to customers.
- Collaborate with design and project teams to provide technical and commercial proposals.
- Conduct site visits, requirement analysis, and feasibility studies in coordination with engineering teams.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to order closure.
- Prepare and submit quotations, tenders, and technical documentation.
- Maintain relationships with existing customers and ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
- Track market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies.
- Support marketing initiatives, exhibitions, and promotional activities.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical / Electronics / Mechanical / Mechatronics Engineering.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales of automation systems, EOL testers, or assembly line equipment.
- Strong understanding of industrial automation, PLC, SCADA, robotics, and vision systems.
- Experience in dealing with automotive OEMs and Tier-1 suppliers preferred.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to understand technical requirements and translate them into commercial offers.
- Willingness to travel frequently for client meetings and site visits.
Preferred Qualities:
- Proactive and self-motivated with a target-driven approach.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with Test Stand / LabVIEW / Industrial IoT will be an added advantage.
Salary: Industry Standard. Salary revision as per performance.
