Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Sales Marketing Engineer, located on-site in South Delhi. The Sales Marketing Engineer will be responsible for conducting market research, developing and implementing sales strategies, managing client relationships, and promoting STAG TECH's services. The individual will also analyze market trends, identify potential business opportunities, and communicate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders to drive business growth.
Qualifications
- A
nalytical Skills and Market Research capabilities - Strong communication skills
- Experience in Sales and Marketing
- Ability to work on-site in South Delhi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Marketing, or related field
- Previous experience in the EPC industry is a plus
- Proficiency in using relevant software tools and technologies
- Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making skills
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough
market research
to identify new leads and growth areas - Promote
MEP & HVAC
solutions to potential clients across target sectors - Develop and execute
strategic sales and marketing plans - Build, manage, and grow
client relationships
from inquiry to project closure - Prepare and deliver
technical presentations
to clients and consultants - Collaborate with internal engineering and project teams to align client requirements with deliverables
- Track market trends and competitor activities to refine approach
- Represent STAG TECH at
industry events, exhibitions, and client meetings
