Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Pune for a Business Development Manager. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, developing and maintaining client relationships, conducting market research, and creating strategic business plans. Additionally, the role involves negotiating contracts, presenting solutions to clients, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure successful project implementation.
Qualifications
- Business Development, Sales, and Market Research skills
- Strong client relationship management abilities
- Excellent negotiation and presentation skills
- Strategic planning and project management experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and on-site in Pune
- Experience in the technology services industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
