Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, research, and develop new business opportunities in domestic and international markets.
  • Build strong relationships with prospective and existing clients to understand business needs.
  • Generate leads through various channels like email campaigns, cold calling, networking, and social platforms.
  • Create and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to clients.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (development, marketing, design) to align client requirements with service offerings.
  • Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales and revenue targets.
  • Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and track progress using CRM tools.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, competitor analysis, and market insights.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1+ year of experience in Business Development, Sales, or IT Service Selling.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong understanding of IT services, software development, branding, or digital marketing (added advantage).
  • Ability to understand client business challenges and propose suitable solutions.
  • Proactive, goal-oriented, and self-motivated approach.
  • Experience with CRM tools, lead generation platforms, or sales automation tools is a plus.
