FuelBuddy is Indias first and leading on-demand fuel delivery platform, serving corporates, enterprises, and industries across the country. We are now looking for a seasoned business development leader from the Telecom industry who has mastered the art of winning big clients, generated new business, and managed large enterprise accounts.
The Role
Were looking for a hunter who knows how to crack new markets and grow relationships with large-ticket size clients. If youve acquired enterprise clients in the telecom sector and are eager to replicate that success with FuelBuddy, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive new client generation across corporates, enterprises, and industrial sectors.
- Leverage Telecom B2B/Enterprise experience to target and close large accounts.
- From lead generation to deal closure and further account expansion, manage the entire sales cycle for B2B clients.
- Build, manage, and convert a strong pipeline of high-value deals.
- Maintain and grow long-term relationships with CXO-level decision-makers.
- Strategize and execute business development plans for consistent revenue growth.
- Act as a trusted partner for clients, ensuring smooth onboarding, service delivery, and satisfaction.
- Mentor and lead the BD team to consistently hit growth numbers.
What We're Looking For
- 10–15 years of proven success in B2B/Enterprise/Industrial Sales, from the telecom sector.
- Strong track record of new client acquisition + managing large-ticket accounts.
- Ability to influence, negotiate, and close deals with senior decision-makers.
- A true hunter + farmer profile – balancing acquisition with account growth.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and relationship-building skills.
- Must have a laptop & vehicle | Willingness to travel extensively.
