Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Manager, based in Gurugram. The selected candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing business strategies to promote growth and revenue. Day-to-day tasks include identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with potential clients, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve sales goals. The Business Development Manager will also analyze market trends and competition to enhance Aurum's market presence and service offerings.

Qualifications

Department: Marketing & Business Development

Experience Required: 5–10 years (preferably in hospitality, healthcare, senior living, or real estate)

Role Objective:

To lead Aurum's marketing, branding, and outreach initiatives — both online and offline — to enhance visibility, drive occupancy, and establish Aurum as the most trusted and aspirational senior living community in India.

Key Responsibilities:

1.⁠ ⁠Marketing Strategy & Planning

Develop and execute a 360° marketing plan covering ATL, BTL, digital, and relationship marketing.

Design campaigns around senior living awareness, wellness, and community engagement.

Identify target markets (HNIs, NRIs, retirees, and family decision-makers) and develop tailored communication strategies.

2.⁠ ⁠Digital & Social Media Marketing

Oversee all digital channels — Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Google Ads.

Coordinate with creative and social media agencies for content creation, storytelling, and lead generation.

Track performance metrics (impressions, engagement, lead conversion) and optimize campaigns.

Manage the Aurum website and ensure regular updates with blogs, testimonials, and event highlights.

3.⁠ ⁠Offline Marketing & Events

Plan and execute BTL activations: community events, senior citizen meets, exhibitions, local fairs, and wellness camps.

Manage ATL activities like print ads, radio, and outdoor branding in coordination with vendors.

Handle all marketing collaterals – brochures, standees, newsletters, and presentation decks.

Organize and host events at Aurum to promote the property to potential clients and their families.

4.⁠ ⁠Corporate & Institutional Tie-ups

Approach and develop partnerships with corporates for employee parents' retirement planning packages.

Collaborate with hospitals, doctors, and wellness partners for referrals and brand collaborations.

Build relationships with embassies, NRI associations, and senior citizen forums for outreach.

5.⁠ ⁠Sales Support & CRM

Work closely with the Sales and Operations teams to ensure seamless lead flow and tracking.

Maintain and update CRM (Zoho/Salesforce/HubSpot) with daily follow-ups and conversion reports.

Conduct periodic property visits with prospects and provide a personalized experience.

Interact with resident families and attendants to explore referral opportunities.

6.⁠ ⁠PR, Influencer & Media Coordination

Liaise with PR agencies, media professionals, and influencers to enhance Aurum's brand visibility.

Prepare press releases, success stories, and resident features for external publication.

Develop a consistent brand voice and ensure all communication reflects Aurum's ethos of care, dignity, and community.

7.⁠ ⁠HNI / NRI / International Marketing

Build a database of potential HNI and NRI clients through research and networking.

Conduct international calling and coordinate with overseas Indian communities.

  • Develop relationships with travel and relocation advisors, and participate in global senior living forums.
