While this is our ideal list, we will consider candidates thatdo not necessarily have all of the qualifications, but have sufficientexperience and talent. Responsibilities for JIRA administrator·       Coordinatewith primary JIRA Administrator to plan, schedule, implement, and communicateJIRA & plug -in upgrades in accordance with established policies andprocedures·       MonitorJIRA databases and copy data from PROD to TEST instance, when requested·       Workwith JIRA to enable custom workflows, screens, fields and dashboards·       Trainend users on JIRA features during project deployments and with ongoing support·       Architectand administer JIRA deployment, focusing on providing a platform for Housingunits to administer, track and report on department -wide projects and issues·       Workindependently with stakeholders and clients to design and deliver JIRAworkflows to meet the stated and unstated business requirements·       Analysecurrent JIRA configurations and migrate to new instances·       Ableto provide/ configure JIRA for manual processes·       Codes,tests, and debugs new software / applications or makes enhancements to existingsoftware / applications and provide solutions using JIRA·       Create,copy, and administer JIRA projects ​Qualifications for JIRA administrator·       Bachelor'sDegree in Engineering, CS, MIS, or commensurate work experience in a relatedfield·       Linux,DB administration, JVM tuning·       Abilityto create complex JIRA workflows, screen schemes, permission schemes,notification schemes·       Support,compile and troubleshoot Atlassian tools·       Workwith stakeholders on customizing JIRA workflow·       Plan,evaluate, deploy, operate and maintain tools to suit the expanding user -base ​
