**Company Description**:
We are a fast-growing innovative start-up building a SaaS based Software Platform to help the service management companies manage their clients and vendors, deliver a next level service and streamline their end-to-end business operations. Our software allows our clients to automate workflows, eliminate manual and duplicate processes, reduce time spent in generating service requests, work orders, invoices and help them get paid faster in a seamless manner.
The **Certified Jira Administrator** will be responsible for the administration, maintenance, and customization of the Jira platform to support project management and team collaboration. This role involves managing Jira projects, workflows, permissions, and configurations to ensure optimal performance and alignment with business needs.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Set up and configure Jira projects, workflows, issue types, screens, fields, and permissions as per our product requirements.
- Customize Jira boards, dashboards, and filters.
- Implement and manage Jira add-ons and integrations with other tools.
- Analyze existing workflows, troubleshoot issues, and offer solutions to optimize Jira usage.
- Collaborate with teams to understand their requirements and recommend best practices.
- Provide support to users and help with adoption of new features.
- Ensure data integrity, perform regular backups, and manage user accounts and permissions.
**Qualifications**:
- Minimum 5 years of professional/non internship experience as a Jira Administrator or in a similar role is required.
- Strong understanding of Jira Software and its components.
- Experience with Jira add-ons and integrations.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Certified Jira Administrator.
