Job Description:

Jira Administrator

Responsibilities:

Delivery Reporting and Tool Administration:

  • Set up and configure Jira reports.
  • Administer Jira tools and plugins to enhance delivery reporting.
  • Analyze delivery data for patterns and recommend actionable insights.
  • Facilitate the integration of delivery data with financial and staffing information.

System Demos and Solution Presentations:

  • Conduct system demonstrations for stakeholders.
  • Present solutions based on Jira capabilities and configurations.

Application and System Administration:

  • Perform application and system administration tasks for Jira.
  • Execute data backups, system upgrades, and manage scheduled jobs.

Plugin Management:

  • Identify value-add plugins for Jira.
  • Manage the testing, acquisition, and integration process for new plugins.

Eligibility Criteria:

Experience:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Jira administrator.

Jira Proficiency:

  • Proven experience in managing Jira, including creating workflows, schemes, etc.
  • In-depth knowledge of Jira, Confluence, and Atlassian plugins.

Configuration and Customization:

  • Demonstrated experience in customizing and configuring Jira to meet organizational needs.

Language Skills:

  • Advanced proficiency in English.
