Overview:

AOSYS Implants Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a seasoned and strategic National Sales Manager – Trauma to lead and expand our orthopaedic trauma implant sales operations across India. This pivotal role demands deep industry expertise, strong leadership, and a passion for building surgeon trust through operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:


• Oversee pan-India sales operations for the Trauma division, ensuring consistent growth and market penetration.


• Develop and execute strategic sales plans aligned with company goals and surgeon satisfaction.


• Lead, mentor, and manage regional sales teams to achieve performance targets.


• Collaborate with the General Manager on forecasting, budgeting, and strategic initiatives.


• Build and nurture long-term relationships with key surgeons, hospitals, and distributors.


• Monitor competitor activity and market trends to refine positioning and offerings.


• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal SOPs.

Candidate Profile:


• 10–15 years of proven experience in Orthopaedic Trauma Implants sales.


• Strong leadership and team management capabilities.


• Deep understanding of surgeon expectations and hospital procurement dynamics.


• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.


• Based in Mumbai or willing to relocate.
