Enterprise Sales Specialist

Role & responsibilities:
- Identify and engage potential business clients through market research, cold calling, email outreach, and networking.
- Develop and present tailored sales proposals to prospective clients, understanding their business needs.
- Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing to achieve win-win outcomes.
- Meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.
- Maintain and expand relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
- Track and report sales performance metrics to management, using CRM tools.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
Preferred candidate profile:
- Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
- Minimum 4+ year of proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in ed-tech industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
- Ability to travel as required for client meetings and industry events.
Preferred Skills-
- Experience with lead generation tools and sales strategy development.
- Strong analytical thinking and market research capabilities.
- Relationship building at all levels of client organizations.
